Rather than angering them, I think that the Conservatives are behind the cuts because KAIROS has a "history" of supporting groups that Harper and Co. do not the same "priorities". The groups behind KAIROS are primarily Mainline Denominations (Anglican, United, Mennonite, etc.), and not the Baptist, Missionary Alliance, and Pentecostals that usually support Harper.
